The main villa can accommodate up to ten adults in five oceanfront suites, refined settings where comfort dialogues with the natural beauty of the island. These spaces are complemented by the two Tanzanian Bandas, charming two-story chalets directly on the beach, accommodating up to eight guests, as well as the opportunity to experience the sea from a privileged perspective thanks to the Umoja catamaran, with capacity for up to six people.

The fee includes exclusive use of the entire property, known as the Whale House, with full access to all its facilities. Travel to the island is part of the experience: private flight from Dar es Salaam to Mafia Island and, from there, a scenic helicopter transfer to Thanda Island. During the three-night off-peak season, up to eight guests will experience a stay of the utmost care: gourmet meals, premium wines and champagnes, signature Jumeirah cocktails, and impeccable service provided by a highly trained staff dedicated exclusively to your group.
Inclusive activities further enrich the stay: rejuvenating spa treatments, private underwater charter, snorkeling, sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, water skiing, beach volleyball, lighted tennis court, air-conditioned gymnasium, marine activities, and the extraordinary experience of swimming with whale sharks from October through March.
