During this time, a custom-designed program will create moments of authentic exchange with a select number of guests. In addition to these exclusive occasions, it will be possible to book in advance dedicated performance experiences and meetings designed to reflect the values and spirit behind this collaboration.
Among the highlights, a gala evening will raise funds for the Jannik Sinner Foundation and the MSC Foundation-a concrete sign of a shared commitment to raising the next generation and building a positive impact over time.
The journey
EXPLORA III’s Prelude Journey winds along some of the Mediterranean’s most fascinating coastlines. From Genoa, the ship sails up to the French Riviera and the Ligurian Riviera, with stops in Marseille, Saint-Tropez and Villefranche-sur-Mer, before heading south with a stop in Florence–gateway to Tuscany–and ending in Civitavecchia, port of Rome. Five nights, five destinations, an itinerary that combines natural beauty, culture and sophistication in one.

EXPLORA III’s maiden voyage kicks off from Genoa on its way to Rome, touching on some of the Mediterranean’s most fascinating destinations: the bright shores of the French Riviera and the Ligurian Riviera, with stops in Marseille, Saint-Tropez, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Florence, before its final arrival in the capital.

During his stay on board, Jannik will conduct a Q&A meeting in a confidential and intimate format, as well as coaching sessions on the ship’s padel court joined by his technical staff. Guests will also have the opportunity to discover for the first time In Balance: an Ocean Wellness Program, the wellness program in his name developed especially for Explora Journeys together with his team.
The most anticipated moment will be a gala benefit dinner in support of the Jannik Sinner Foundation and the MSC Foundation, a tangible expression of the shared commitment to youth growth and lasting positive impact.
This Prelude Journey-which directly follows the delivery of the ship-also provides a unique opportunity to meet the key players who brought EXPLORA III to life: the leadership team, designers, and officers of Explora Journeys, ready to share the vision, care, and creativity that shaped every detail of the new ship.
Each voyage includes everything that makes the onboard experience truly unforgettable: nine outstanding dining experiences, unlimited premium beverages, and spa access for guests’ complete well-being. On board, high-speed Wi-Fi is free and fitness and wellness programs are always available, as are all service fees. A free shuttle service connects the port to the city center, while upon boarding each guest is greeted with a bottle of wine and a liquor of their choice; in suites, a bottle of champagne with welcome drinks will be waiting for guests.
